I have known Amber for a little over a year. We met October 2014 when she was hired as Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Marketing Coordinator. As a person, I find Amber positive and upbeat by nature, which makes her approachable and easy to converse with. As a professional she is very responsive, productive, accommodating and patient. She has impressed me with her willingness to often go above and beyond her duties. I’ve even seen her work outside her scheduled hours to deliver on time, even when not given an appropriate amount of notice for a timely completion. I believe she easily accepts modifications, and communicates well to understand what is being requested.
At CBC Atlantic we do not have a specific PR department. It would fall under the Marketing Department that Amber leads. She does an excellent job ensuring our name is out in the public eye through press releases, social media, community relations and advertising. I also appreciate her leadership for philanthropic work to involve our company in a number of charitable events, inspiring participation and providing positive publicity while supporting a useful cause.
I think Amber would be an asset to any operation she sought to contribute. She is hard working and approachable. It’s encouraging to see a younger employee with a respectful and responsible work ethic.

From the start of our time together, it was evident that Amber was the emergent leader of the group. Amber led our social media campaign drafting Tweets, recording and editing video packages, and posting them to our accounts. Her work was a key component to why our activity increased across all social media channels, most notably increasing nearly 50% in Twitter followers over the course of the summer. Amber also administered hundreds of surveys to our fans each week and analyzed responses. This enabled the Dell staff to make the necessary weekly adjustments to ensure the most enjoyable, safe experience for our fans.
